Reno & Cavanaugh’s practice is not only highly complex and challenging, but it is also highly rewarding. The firm emphasizes professional goals that go beyond the billable hour, and a healthy work/life balance. The firm offers flexible schedules that help employees to maintain that balance. While Reno & Cavanaugh’s work atmosphere is not competitive, the firm’s compensation policy is. A number of employees have been with Reno & Cavanaugh for over 10 years, and in 2006, the firm won an award from Winning Workplaces, a nonprofit organization that fosters the creation of great workplaces. All employees are welcome to provide input into the operation of the firm - from participation in training sessions and working on focused committees, to hiring new staff. Each year we set time aside for the entire firm to discuss policies and priorities for the coming year, as well as plans for business development and growth. Reno & Cavanaugh’s DC office is easily accessible by Metrorail and bus, and overlooks Franklin Park in downtown Washington, DC. The Nashville office is in the heart of downtown Nashville within walking distance of many local attractions. Although Reno & Cavanaugh occasionally advertises for specific positions, the firm always welcomes the submission of resumes for all types of positions.
