Barbara Walder is a paralegal with Reno & Cavanaugh. Barbara assists associates and partners on HOPE VI and mixed-finance transactions, as well as on matters dealing with non-profits and affordable housing generally. Barbara served as Reno & Cavanaugh's Closing Coordinator for four years before earning her paralegal degree. Prior to joining the firm, Barbara worked for ten years as a legal assistant and records manager for the National Corporation for Housing Partnerships, whose primary business involved the development and management of multi-family housing across the country. Barbara was responsible for maintaining project and investor files, and for assisting attorneys in the solicitation of limited partnership investments.
