Jo Starke is from Welch, West Virginia and December 2006 will mark her twentieth year at Reno & Cavanaugh. Jo is the firm's Comptroller.  In that capacity, she manages the firm's accounts and handles billing and payment procedures.  Jo began at Reno & Cavanaugh as an assistant and impressed the partners with her knack for finding bargains, her facility for numbers, her ability to negotiate, and her hard work ethic.  Jo appreciates the flexibility the firm's work environment provides, allowing her and her husband time to raise two sons - one who is a graduate of Towson University and the other who is currently attending Morgan State University.
