With our headquarters in Washington, DC, it is natural for us to be engaged in policy-making concerning housing and community development issues. Our attorneys are sought out to advocate for legislative reform, draft legislation, and comment on regulatory issuances. Where warranted, we have assisted our clients to challenge rules that were improperly issued by federal agencies, including suing HUD for failure to subject PHAS scoring formulas to review and comment, and serving on the Committee for Fairness Litigation dealing with PHA interest income.
