Reno & Cavanaugh helped to develop an intergovernmental agreement governing the acquisition and re-platting process, the use of CRA funds for the effort, and compliance with Uniform Relocation Act requirements. |
| | The Windhill Developments Scattered Site Development Greensboro, NC Affordable Housing Management, Inc., a nonprofit housing developer, is working with the local housing authority to redevelop a public housing site and nearby scattered sites. One of the projects is funded by HOPE VI funds, Bank of America loan proceeds, funds from the City of Greensboro, and tax credit equity. |
|  | West Glade Reston, VA This development effort involved the reconfiguration of an existing 50 unit public housing site and packaging it with 50 scattered site housing units in existing condominium buildings to make a mixed finance rental development. The units were financed by a combination of public housing modernization funds and tax credit equity from Enterprise Social Investment Corporation. Our firm's client, the Fairfax County Redevelopment and Housing Authority, acted as its own developer through an affiliate. |
